Speed & Agility training for soccer players U9-U13

Soccer Academy & Training Speed Agility concepts are based on developing the core of the body, the strength of the soccer player, the speed and agility of a soccer player, and the overall maturation of the youth soccer player and his/her body.

Training techniques include:

  •  Ladder training
  •  Hoops and hurdle training
  •  Pole training
  •  Shuttles and interval training

The Speed & Agility program is included as part of the Advanced Development Training Program. Beginning in September 2012, Speed and Agility is held every Monday.

  • Ages U9-10: 4:00 pm -5:30 pm
  • Ages U11-U13: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm
